We want shopping with us to be as simple as possible. With this in mind we have compiled the following help section designed to answer most common questions. Purchasing Courses


 How do I add a course to my shopping cart?

When you have found the training you want to purchase, you can add it to your order by clicking on the 'Buy Now' link next to the chosen product. This will take you to your shopping cart where you can select the quantity of licenses that you require.

 Why do I need to purchase multiple licenses?

If you are purchasing training for others to complete, you will need to purchase a license for each named individual.

 Can I purchase multiple courses at once?

Yes. You can continue to browse through our training using the course menu and add further items by clicking the 'Buy Now' link.

 I have a discount code. How do I apply it?

If you have a discount code for your purchase, you need to apply it by entering it into the discount code box above the shopping cart summary screen.

 Why must I register on the site to make a purchase?

The first time you make a purchase with us you will need to register and create an account. This is so that we can obtain the information we need to process and deliver your order. For more information on how we will use this data, please see our privacy policy.

 Why do I need to enter a security code?

We ask you to read some characters from the screen and type them in. This is to protect our website from automated software designed to make large numbers of bogus accounts.

 How do I pay by credit card?

Once you are logged in and have confirmed your purchases, you will be asked to follow the on-screen instructions for paying with a credit card.

 What if I do not want to purchase with a credit card on-line?

Please contact us for alternative methods of payment.

 How do I access my account information?

When you are logged in you can find extra information about your account by clicking on 'My Account' in the top menu bar. From here you can edit your personal details, change you password, see your order history and find the link to your training portal.




Using the Training Portal


 How do I log in to my training portal?

Shortly after completing your purchase from the webshop, you will be emailed instructions on how to log in to your unique training portal. The training portal link is unique to you and you should add this to your favourites. If you are purchasing training for others, you will need to provide this link to them.

IMPORTANT: Although your Login ID is the same email address that you used to register with the webshop account, we will issue you with a new separate password for the training portal. You will be asked to change the first time you log in.

It is important that you log in using your unique web link, and the right Login ID and password combination. If you continue to log in using incorrect details, your account will be locked.

 I think my account is locked. What should I do?

If you suspect your account has been locked due to incorrectly entering the password multiple times, or if you are receiving the message: "There is a problem with your login account. Please contact your SAI Global Learning Management System administrator." Use the "Forgotten Password? Click Here." Function on the log in page. You will receive a new password. If you are still having difficulty please contact our technical support team at

 How do I know how to use the Training Portal?

If you have purchased courses for others to complete, we would have emailed you a short guide on how to use the Training Portal. This guide contains important information and we strongly advise you to read it carefully.

 How do I run my purchased course?

The courses you have purchased will be available for you in 'My Courses'. Clicking on a course here will take you to the screen where you can undertake individual course module yourself.

 Will I receive a certificate upon successful completion of courses?

Most courses are followed by an assessment and successful completion of the assessment will allow you to print a certificate of achievement.

 I have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, the forgotten password screen can be found on the login screen, please enter the email address you used to register with us and we will send a new password to you.

 How do I change my account details?

When you are logged in you can access 'My Account' via the top menu bar and change your personal details including your password.

 How do I unregister from the SAI Global shop?

To unregister from the SAI Global Shop you need to send an email to

 How do I get a refund?

Problem with your SAI Global Learning Management System portal account or training course?
If you have a problem or question relating to your SAI Global Learning Management System account or training, please review the FAQs below before getting in touch.

 How can I find out the location of my dedicated Training Portal?

When you make your first purchase with us, you will receive an email with the link to your unique training portal. Please navigate to that by either clicking the link in the email or copying and pasting the link into a web browser.

 I cannot log in to the training portal!

Although your account in the training portal uses the same username as the shop, you have been issued a new password for security reasons. Please check the email which had the link to your training portal for this new password.

 Why have my course purchases not appeared in my training portal?

If you believe that you are missing training course subscriptions that you purchased, please contact our support team at

Technical Specifications

Once purchased, your courses will be made available online so that you can train over the Internet. In order to run the courses, your computer will need to meet the following minimum specification:

Screen Resolution: 800 x 600 with 16-bit colour depth
Processor: IntelR PentiumR PIII @ 1.2 GHz or equivalent.
Memory: Minimum 256Mb RAM
Operating System: Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista
Browser: Microsoft IE v5.5 or later, Mozilla Firefox v1.0 or later
Macromedia Flash Player v6 or later

Please note: The courses are not currently compatible with Apple Mac systems.
